I'm not in WW, but a friend of mine sent me a link to this:

They look fairly economical and tasty. :)

I have a love-hate relationship with my crock pot, in that I desperately want to love it (throw a bunch of stuff in first thing in the morning, do nothing all day, PRESTO-dinner!), but have a long list of crock pot FAIL.  The ratatouille looks good though.

thanks for the link!! I agree with the last post on a love/hate relationship. I feel like all I can ever really cook is a pot roast?? we need a cooking club ;)

No joke! I get to the point where I'm sooo tired of cooking. I don't eat meat, but the boys and Dh do so I'll only occasionally cook it. I haven't found a lot of recipes for using the crockpot/slow cooker for vegetarian food...

edit: I'm thinking about starting a weekly blog on the csa site once our csa gets started again. I thought it might be helpful to new csa members especially to see how we're using all the stuff we get in our share.

I'll start a separate thread here and post my menu for this week. It might be useful if we can share what we're cooking. New meal ideas are always welcome. :)

Check out www.crockpot365.blogspot.com for a ton of crockpot recipes. I've tried several and they've been good. We have even made fish (in foil) and granola, and play doh.

wow! ill have to check out that site tiffany!

i have to really struggle to use my crock pot too. and its extra frustrating when the majority of things that arent soup or something require some sort of precooking (saute onions, etc.)

we also dont eat much meat, and cook it even less, ive found a few mediocre sites for veg crock pot dishes. ill try to remember to share from now on. :)
