This therapy group is open to all mothers experiencing difficulties with postpartum

adjustment, such as depression and anxiety. Your child does not have

to be a newborn and does not have to be your first child.

Sadness, weepiness, or frequent crying spells

Anxiety, fear, worry or panicky feelings

Disturbing thoughts or images that you find hard to stop

Irritability or anger

Feelings of guilt, hopelessness, or worthlessness

Loss of interest or pleasure in activities or your child

Sleep disturbance or appetite changes

Difficulty concentrating or making decisions

Thoughts of death or suicide

Mondays 4:00 – 5:00pm
