How do you keep clothes pin marks out of your clothes? I guess I can hang them in half so they won't fall, but they do take longer to dry that way. And if it gets too windy they will fall even in half. So is there a solution?

hmm, I don't know that I've noticed any pin marks on our stuff.  So, I am either doing something right, or used to wearing dishevelled clothes.  I do overlap the stuff (i.e. 3 pins for 2 items, instead of 4), and try not to pull the stuff too taut (DH complains that it makes the necks of his t-shirts weird), but I can't think of anything specific I do otherwise that would avoid the pin marks.

Now I'm going to look extra close at my next load, lol.

I throw mine in the dryer on fluff for like 10 minutes to get the crunchies out and the marks. If its a nice shirt/pants or something I hang it upside down so its not as noticeable.

I hang shirts upside down, so if there are pin marks, they aren't too noticeable. I either fold pants in half (and use only one pin on the underside, if that makes sense) or hang them by the waistline. If I do notice marks or if things are super crunchy, I throw those items in the dryer with a damp towel for about 15 minutes and that usually takes care of it. We don't use fabric softener, but I've heard that this can help soften clothes. Maybe a vinegar rinse would help? I'll try that this week and get back to you...

Thank you Christy, I feel kinda silly for not thinking of that myself!
