Anyone have a recommendation for a t shirt friendly nursing bra?  Preferrably a supportive one that has a totally smooth finish and doesn't make it look like I just have one large breast across my chest!

The only nursing bras I like are the ones I get from the Nursing Station. I think they're Medela. I get the underwire kind, even though I know a lot of mamas don't care for that. It's truly the only thing I've found that gives me even half the support I need.

And I can't stand the uniboob effect. I need breastage separation.

man I can't stand the uniboob look either. And unfortunately, most nursing tanks give me that look!

I also like the medela nursing bras, they are pricey but IMO well worth the expense. And the service you get at the nursing station is top notch - honestly, I think it is the first time in my life that I ended wearing a bra that was the *correct* size!! That side, I also have a couple of cheapie target bras with underwires. Not as supportive, but I like them just fine. I know going to the nursing station with two littles can be quite difficult, if you'd like I'd be willing to watch your older while you go, I live only 5 blocks away.

Well, I ended up ordering a Bravado Body Silk Seamless Nursing Bra.  There's a lot to recommend it.  It is very, very comfortable; one of the most comfortable bras I've ever had.  It gives good support, with the caveats that a) it's comfortable, b) it's sans wire and c) I'm currently sized 36 DD or E, and that pretty much means that I'm only going to get a certain amount of "lift" without resorting to surgery.  It gives an almost totally smooth finish under t shirts.  My, uh, cups do not "runneth over" as they tend to in other nursing bras.  Also, the bra is designed to adjust to fit a wide range of sizes, which I think makes it a great bra for immediate post partum, as it will adjust as your breasts grow and then shrink, and as you lose baby weight.

The two things I don't like about it are that the removable cup inserts aren't the full size of the cups, so I think could be seen under a really tight or thin shirt (but they're removable and designed to hide nursing pads so you don't have that weird boob circle thing, so I can live with it); and that it still seems to be giving me something of a uniboob.  DH suggested that the uniboob is not the fault of the bras, but my current cup size, which may be true.

All in all, I am happy with it for day to day use.  I don't know if you can buy it at the Nursing Station or not, I ordered it online.
